My travels today took me to meet the lovely Caira from Prestige Dentures @ 5/10 Harrison Road Ellerslie. By appointment only cos she’s one of those angelic kind of clinicians who helps everyone. Nestled across the road from Harper Cafe 🙏 her know she passion and empathy to give back to the community was sincerely felt and now I’m ready for her not only to help me but my brothers dental journey! I went in to start my journey to get a denture nervous as never had one before. Caira immediately put me at ease and talked me through the entire process. Was a small discussion to decide which type of denture would suit me then it was moulds taken, colours matched and within a week, had new denture. It was a perfect fit and now no one can tell I have a denture. Thank you Caira for your great work.

Complete denture

I had the bad luck to lose a tooth off my plate (and swallow it) while dining. I made an appointment with Caira the next morning and she was able to see me within a couple of hours. She was able to source a matching replacement tooth from her vast stocks and a repair was done onsite and I had my plate back within 4 hours. I was very impressed and the cost was very modest. She also did a quick, no charge,adjustment on a spare plate I was using whilst awaiting the repair. First class service especially when the place was easy to find and plenty of parking.

Denture repair

Caira was able to help urgently with a denture tooth add-on for a loved one. We needed it urgently as we were travelling overseas and Caira was able to have it done in two days. She even made a temporary spare denture (only for looks for going out) because she recommended a new one instead of the existing denture (already ill-fitting) but we're unable to get it due to time constraints. Excellent service and definitely went above and beyond her duty of care and made sure we were looked after. Definitely would go back here again after we're back from overseas to get a more permanent solution. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend MyDental Papatoetoe and Prestige Dentures for any dental needs and concerns! Excellent dental office with a team of caring and professional people. Dr. Patricia and their dental technician Caira explained each procedure before starting which helped me feel at ease. They were so gentle during my treatment and constantly checked if I was okay along the way. I will definitely be coming back for my future dental needs. Simply the best!
