I went in to start my journey to get a denture nervous as never had one before. Caira immediately put me at ease and talked me through the entire process. Was a small discussion to decide which type of denture would suit me then it was moulds taken, colours matched and within a week, had new denture. I had the bad luck to lose a tooth off my plate (and swallow it) while dining. I made an appointment with Caira the next morning and she was able to see me within a couple of hours. She was able to source a matching replacement tooth from her vast stocks and a repair was done onsite and I had my plate back within 4 hours. I was very impressed and the cost was very modest. She also did a quick, no charge,adjustment on a spare plate I was using whilst awaiting the repair. First class service especially when the place was easy to find and plenty of parking.

Caira was able to help urgently with a denture tooth add-on for a loved one. We needed it urgently as we were travelling overseas and Caira was able to have it done in two days. She even made a temporary spare denture (only for looks for going out) because she recommended a new one instead of the existing denture (already ill-fitting) but we're unable to get it due to time constraints. Excellent service and definitely went above and beyond her duty of care and made sure we were looked after. Definitely would go back here again after we're back from overseas to get a more permanent solution. Highly recommend!
