Denture consultation — expert advice
From complete and partial dentures to same-day repairs, relines, implant overdentures and mobile visits — every service is delivered by our licensed Clinical Dental Technician with precision, care and a focus on natural results.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A CONSULTATION
A relaxed, honest assessment — tailored to you
A denture consultation is a clinical assessment led by our licensed Clinical Dental Technician (CDT), Caira Uy — focused entirely on understanding your situation, your goals, and your options.
Whether you're exploring dentures for the first time, unhappy with your current dentures, or simply wanting a professional second opinion, our consultation gives you the clarity and confidence to make an informed decision — at your own pace.
Did you know? You do not need a referral from a dentist to book a consultation with us. As a licensed CDT, Caira is qualified to see patients directly and independently. We may need an oral health certificate before we can proceed with treatment.
THE PROCESS
What happens during your consultation
Here's a step-by-step look at what happens during a typical first consultation at Prestige Dentures.
01
Initial Consultation
We'll ask about your dental history, your current situation, and what's brought you in today.
02
Clinical Assessment
We will assess your mouth — including your gums, bite, jaw structure, and any existing dentures you wear — to understand your clinical needs.
03
Options explained
We'll walk through the treatment options that suit your situation, explaining the benefits, process, timeline and cost of each one clearly.
04
Your questions answered
We'll answer every question you have — about the process, the materials, what to expect, payment options, and anything else on your mind.

Who should book a consultation?
A consultation is the right starting point for almost any denture-related situation — from first-timers to long-term wearers.
First-time denture wearers
If you've never had dentures before and aren't sure where to start, a consultation gives you expert guidance with no pressure to commit.
Unhappy with existing dentures
If your current dentures are loose, uncomfortable, old or just don't look right — a consultation lets us assess what's wrong and what the options are.
Seeking a second opinion
Been quoted for dentures elsewhere? We're happy to provide an independent clinical assessment and a second opinion on your situation.
Booking for a family member
Not sure what your parent or spouse needs? Book a consultation and we'll assess their situation together.
Exploring options on a budget
We offer solutions across a range of budgets. A consultation helps identify what's clinically suitable and most affordable for your situation.
Patients nervous about dental treatment
Our gentle, no-pressure approach makes the process as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
